The role of the Clinical Operations Director is to assist with overseeing and coordinating the organization's clinical departments and ensure the clinical integrity of the applied behavior therapy guidelines.</div>
Responsibilities:

Manage and support a caseload of up to 20 impact hours per week.</li><li>
Work in close collaboration with Regional Clinical Integrity Officer (CIO).</li><li>
Attend weekly meetings with CIO.</li><li>
Provide ongoing clinical mentorship and support for BCBA team.</li><li>
Host bi-weekly BCBA team meetings.</li><li>
Coordinate team building events to support positive and collaborative team morale and work culture.</li><li>
Train and onboard BCBAs.</li><li>
Implement ongoing quality assurance measures and performance reviews for clinical team.</li><li>
Facilitate and oversee center programs such as, Learning Readiness Program, social skills groups, and other group activities.</li><li>
Coordinate professional development events, such as monthly RBT clinical trainings, student supervision/unrestricted projects, etc., in collaboration with other clinical team members.</li><li>
Conduct treatment plan reviews and provide feedback.</li><li>
Assign BCBA caseloads.</li><li>
Conduct clinical interviews for BCBAs and RBTs.</li><li>
Monitor and support BCBA development of client programming.</li><li>
Monitor and support BCBA oversight of clients and RBTs.</li><li>
Support BCBAs with parent contracts (as needed).</li><li>
Travel to school, etc. to overlap with supervision, caregiver training, etc.</li><li>
Assist with the following as needed: Assessments, Scheduling, RBT evaluation tracking.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Supervisory Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Supervise BCBAs</li><li>
Participate in monthly supervision overlaps with BCBAs</li><li>
Hold weekly / biweekly / monthly 1:1 meetings with BCBAs</li><li>
Host biweekly group BCBA meetings</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<div><b>
Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required</li><li>
A Master's degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices</li><li>
Displays extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis</li><li>
A minimum of three years working with children with autism spectrum disorders</li><li>
Previous experience in supervision preferred</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Additional Eligibility Requirements</b></div><ul><li>
Must abide by The Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts on the BACB</li><li>
Must abide by HIPAA policies set forth by InBloom</li><li>
Must have reliable transportation, driver's license, insurance, and smart phone</li><li>
Work positively and favorably with consumers, families, and staff</li><li>
Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and cheerful attitude</li><li>
Ability and desire to work collaboratively with all team members, departments, and disciplines</li><li>
Requires strong analysis, judgment, negotiation, and problem-solving skills</li><li>

Work environment</b></div><ul><li>
Noise Level is moderate to loud</li><li>
Must be able to work in a combination of settings including but not limited to: In-home, School, Community and InBloom center</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Physical demands</b></div><ul><li>
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li><li>
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Travel required</b></div><ul><li>
Up to 50% travel, by car to assigned local Centers that InBloom currently provides services in or will be providing services in the future, based on the region</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Pay Range: USD $130,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 /Yr.</div>
