 We&rsquo;re seeking a methodical and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team full-time. This role oversees inventory logistics and control across our Studio and Warehouse, requiring analytical thinking, strong organizational skills, and effective cross-functional communication. You&rsquo;ll manage inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, receiving operations, quality control, and support logistics coordination. You&rsquo;ll deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that contribute to overall operational accuracy and efficiency across Supply Chain teams.
 
 
 The ideal candidate combines systems-oriented problem-solving with a collaborative approach and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You&rsquo;ll report to the Director of Supply Chain and work closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure accurate inventory, efficient operations, and readiness to support production and fulfillment.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Inventory Control &amp; Order Optimization (30%)
 
 
 <ul>

 Own accurate inventory counts across all locations, ensuring data integrity and real-time visibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and execute cycle counting procedures and system audits to prevent discrepancies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and reconcile valuation variances or shrinkage; report findings to Finance for accurate accounting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure inventory is correctly allocated to support fulfillment readiness for all orders and projected sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and execute pre-production of stocked components.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply inventory management techniques such as first-in, first-out (FIFO) and reorder point optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the Production and Procurement teams to forecast material needs and ensure availability of critical components.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage Grade A components and maintain the related tracking system. .
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Warehouse &amp; Studio Management (25%)
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee and execute the organization of inventory across all locations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and maintain physical space allocation for new and existing products in line with forecasted inventory levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage version control for components and finished products to ensure traceability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enforce safety procedures, and compliance standards (e.g., OSHA, fire code)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure warehouse and studio spaces remain organized, efficient, and audit-ready at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and train supporting team members on inventory handling, receiving, and labeling procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with third-party storage vendors and logistics partners as needed to ensure accurate inventory levels and transfers.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Reporting &amp; Systems Optimization(15%)
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyze inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Business Operations to reconcile projections to actual material usage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain real-time dashboards tracking key inventory KPIs (turnover rate, accuracy, carrying cost, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Present quarterly data on grade A stock, dead stock, and quarantined items, along with recommendations for action.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support continuous improvement of inventory management systems and processes; partner with Business Operations to evaluate, implement, and optimize new tools as the business scales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document and maintain all procedures related to inventory, labeling, warehouse organization and reporting for audit and training purposes.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Shipping &amp; Receiving (30%)
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare warehouse and studio spaces for incoming shipments and maintain readiness for daily operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee and execute the physical receipt of package, pallet, and container shipments; update inventory system accurately upon receipt.
 </li>
 <li>
 Match bills and packing lists against purchase orders; communicate discrepancies to the Procurement Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct visual and quality checks on all incoming materials and components. Flag nonconformities, initiate corrective actions with the Procurement Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Logistics Manager on carrier-related issues or claims.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to maintain inventory readiness for both internal and external fulfillment needs.

 Requirements

 4&ndash;7 years of relevant professional experience, with 1&ndash;3 years in a supervisory or project lead capacity, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
 </li>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
 </li>

 Strong understanding of inventory control principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with manufacturing processes, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and supply chain logistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing individuals or leading small teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Google Workspace.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

 Art Director
 
 to lead photography, video, and visual direction across both In Common With and Quarters&mdash;covering campaigns, product imagery, and retail experiences. This role is both creative and production-driven: you&rsquo;ll concept and direct shoots, manage visual assets, and ensure every image reflects our brands&rsquo; shared attention to craft, materiality, and storytelling.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll report to the Brand Director and collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer, Marketing, Sales, Product Design, and Partnerships teams to create cohesive, elevated visual content across all channels. The ideal candidate has a strong creative vision, a deep understanding of photography and post-production, and the ability to manage projects independently from concept through delivery.

 Production &amp; Post-Production Management (60%)

 Proven experience leading photo and video shoots from concept through delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in color correction, retouching, and post-production workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Bridge, Lightroom), Capture One, and Google Workspace.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Figma and After Effects is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

 Ability to travel occasionally, including internationally, as needed for shoots.
