 We see a Content Designer as a thinker and decision-maker, not as someone who operates at the text level only. Logic, scenarios, and solutions come first &mdash; everything else comes after.
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work closely with Product Teams and take ownership of local support updates. Make sure that the right knowledge is there at the right time.
 </li>
 <li>
 Think scenario first, not just in answer templates or individual edits. Based on that, create clear and usable content: flow descriptions, articles, instructions, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with local Support Teams: deliver knowledge updates, ask for feedback from real life, iterate, and improve.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help evolve content guidelines and standards.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Skills, Knowledge &amp; Expertise
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1+ years of experience in either UX Writing, Content Design, or Knowledge Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic experience with analyzing support tickets or customer journey mapping (CJM).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written communication skills and attention to detail, which you can demonstrate through your portfolio.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with iterating and improving content based on feedback, research, and data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

 Branding photocontrol moderator
 
 in
 
 Egypt.
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 <li>
 Review materials of branded vehicles and merchandise.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify the content is correct and is not of a fraudulent nature.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep accurate and up-to-date records of data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Gather fraud patterns and report on them.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track the statistics of fraudulent activity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in the automation process (dataset labeling)
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other duties as required.

 Qualifications

 PC knowledge at the confident user level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Google products knowledge: Google Sheets, Google Docs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Grammatically correct in written and verbal.
 </li>
 <li>
 English level B2 or higher.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication: the ability to convey information and thoughts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Teamwork: the tendency to care about helping the team to achieve a common goal.
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to learn: always open to or seeking out new experiences, skills, and information that improve his/her abilities and knowledge.
