Key Responsibilities:<br>
&ndash; Help darkstore teams meet revenue and profit goals, based on Board plans.<br>
&ndash; Make sure new cities launch on time and operating guides are consistent.<br>
&ndash; Improve service levels (SLA), customer satisfaction (NPS), and other operational metrics by working better with delivery and in-store partners.<br>
&ndash; Watch how things are going, point out problems, and help plan solutions.<br>
&ndash; Work with different teams inside and outside the company.<br>

Scope of Responsibility:<br>
&ndash; This role focuses on Pakistan (KraveMart).<br>
&ndash; There&rsquo;s a chance to help with international growth in the future.<br>
&ndash; You&rsquo;ll work directly with local partners and vendors to ensure good delivery and service.<br>
&ndash; Meeting revenue and cost targets set by the Board.<br>

&ndash; 5+ years of experience in quick commerce, food delivery, consumer goods, logistics, or startup operations.<br>
&ndash; Strong understanding of grocery logistics, darkstore operations, and customer experience.<br>
&ndash; Experience working closely with founders or in startup environments.<br>
&ndash; A background in finance or analytics is a big plus.<br>
&ndash; Must be fluent in English; Urdu is needed for the Pakistan role.<br>

Accurately upload documents into the company&rsquo;s HR system and digital archive, ensuring proper tagging and compliance.</p><div>
Assist with data entry and maintenance in the HRIS, ensuring all employee information is current and compliant.</div></ul></li><li><div><b>
Employee Engagement &amp; Special Projects:</b></div><ul><p>
Facilitate and support country-specific HR volunteer activities and employee engagement initiatives. This could involve coordinating events, communicating with participants, and assisting with logistics.</p><div>
Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed, providing exposure to various aspects of HR, such as onboarding logistics/documents preparation, training coordination, etc.</div></ul></li><li><div><b>
Payroll &amp; HR Administration:</b></div><ul><p>
Assist with the accurate and timely preparation of payroll data, including collecting and verifying timesheets, leave requests, and other relevant information.</p><p>
Support HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, filing, and ensuring data accuracy in the HR Information System (HRIS).</p><div>
Prepare various employee letters and documents, including promotion letters, confirmation letters, and other general correspondence.</div></ul></li></ul>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Recent graduate from Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>
Available for full-time work under a short-term agreement (6&ndash;12 months).</li><li>
Good attention to detail and ability to work with documents and data.</li><li>
Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).</li><li>
Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a multinational environment.</li></ul>
