Identifying and resolving problems as they emerge to minimize issues and costs (time, manpower, and funds) and ensure compliance with project requirements</li><li>
Ability to work independently, organizing and implementing construction programs, and managing numerous tasks concurrently</li><li>
Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, with experience preparing cost estimates and statements of work; evaluating contractor quotes; reviewing documents for technical accuracy; and preparing technical manuals</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Project, and drafting programs</li><li>
Ability to work well with others, and mentor/train team members</li><li>
Flexibility to changing workloads</li><li>
Assisting with strategic planning</li><li>
Ability to quickly master DoD unique transportation logistics systems</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Education:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - may be substituted for relevant work experience in Project and Personnel Management or similar duties</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Security</b></div><ul><li>
Currently hold or be able to obtain and maintain the proper US DoD issued security clearance, which requires US Citizenship. Security clearance eligibility may be discussed during the interview phase.</li><li>
Employment and start date are contingent upon the candidate receiving the required US DoD issued interim security clearance</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Develop maintenance schedule documenting all required facility and equipment preventive maintenance tasks for Clear Site Facilities.</li><li>
Comply with all facility warranty update/maintain the United States Corps of Engineers (USACE) warranty management plan</li><li>
Participate in facility commissioning activities and attend any RPIE/system training that is offered</li><li>
Support of facility systems integration Includes coordinating, scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance with affected parties performing functional testing and system operation as required</li><li>
Supervise and direct assigned maintenance personnel and schedule workload IAW requirements</li></ul><ul><li>
Perform facility manager duties</li><li>
Ensure all work complies with the requirements set forth for the project</li><li>
Organize and implement construction programs that are assigned to this position</li><li>
Prepare cost estimates and statements of work</li><li>
Evaluate contractor proposals</li><li>
Review documents for technical adequacy and assist with technical manuals</li><li>
Maintain on going and open two-way communication with Site Manager and client as main point of contact</li><li>
Provide technical expertise to assigned tasks/projects</li><li>
Conduct assigned technical work within budget and on schedule</li><li>
Conduct research, or other field work, as assigned</li><li>
Attend, participate, organize, and/or facilitate meetings as requested by the customer</li><li>
