 About The Role
 
 
 
 As a Physical Therapy Aide at PRN, you'll be an essential part of our team, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our patients.
 
 
 
 Pay: $15-17/hr (based on experience &amp; skill set)
 
 
 
 
 Schedule: Full time - clinic is open M-F 7am-7pm
 
 
 
 
 Location: 4734 River Rd. N. Keizer, OR 97303
 
 
 
 
 Duties &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring their comfort and safety.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help create a positive work environment and clinic culture by ensuring patient needs are taken care of during transitional periods of therapy. Help provide customer service, a smile.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas based on therapist instructions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist front office with front office tasks when down time occurs including but not limited to: answering the phone, scanning documents into charts, scheduling patients, taking over the counter payments, filing, faxing, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Aid therapists during therapy sessions by providing necessary materials and facilitating exercises.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment. Daily equipment cleaning, cleaning tables, laundry, stocking supplies.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in a healthcare setting or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compassionate and patient-centered approach towards assisting individuals in need.
