 The Office of the Founder exists to enable the strategic priorities, relationships, and long-term vision of InRhythm&rsquo;s founder.
 
 
 We are seeking a Personal &amp; Executive Assistant to the Founder who will play a critical role in ensuring that the Founder&rsquo;s time, energy, and attention are focused on the highest-impact activities for both the business and personal life.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role sits at the intersection of executive operations, personal support, and strategic coordination and follow-up, ensuring that the Founder can operate at peak effectiveness while maintaining strong personal and family rhythms.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Core Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Executive Operations &amp; Strategic Support
 
 
 
 Serve as a force multiplier for the Founder by managing priorities, protecting focus time, and ensuring strategic initiatives move forward.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities include:

 Meticulously manage the Founder&rsquo;s calendar, ensuring time is allocated to the highest-impact priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the Founder&rsquo;s schedule includes protected time for strategic thinking and planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare materials and context ahead of meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure each meeting has:
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear purpose
 </li>
 <li>
 Defined outcomes
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepared agenda
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow-up actions
 </li>
 <li>
 Track key follow-ups and ensure progress across initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate internal meetings with executive leadership and operational teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with capturing action items and ensuring execution across stakeholders
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Time, Calendar &amp; Meeting Management
 
 
 
 Ensure the Founder&rsquo;s time is spent on the most meaningful and impactful activities.
 
 
 Responsibilities include:

 Manage all personal and professional calendar logistics
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate internal and external meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Prioritize client-facing and strategic engagements
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a gatekeeper for incoming requests
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate weekly and daily schedule reviews with internal team members
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain alignment between weekly strategic intent and daily activities
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Daily rhythm may include:
 
 
 
 Evening planning
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review the next business day with key stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure meetings are aligned with strategic priorities
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Weekly review
 
 
 <ul>

 Discuss weekly accomplishments
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify unfinished priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Align on next week&rsquo;s strategic intent
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Personal Operations &amp; Life Management
 
 
 
 Provide personal administrative support to ensure the Founder&rsquo;s personal logistics and lifestyle rhythms are running smoothly.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities include:

 Coordinate travel logistics and detailed itineraries
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate moving and relocation strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage personal appointments and commitments
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate travel and related logistics
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with health, wellness, and personal routines
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle personal administrative tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage expenses and reporting where appropriate
 </li>

 Household &amp; Family Operations
 
 
 
 Ensure the household environment operates smoothly and supports family stability.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities include:

 Coordinate household vendors and service providers
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate family schedules and activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with activities and travels for family
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Relationship &amp; Communication Support
 
 
 
 Support the Founder in maintaining strong relationships with key clients, colleagues, and partners.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities include:

 Coordinate follow-ups from client meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with scheduling client engagements
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage communication reminders and outreach
 </li>
 <li>
 Support coordination of events, dinners, or networking opportunities
 </li>

 Special Projects &amp; Research
 
 
 
 The EA may also support research and operational projects that help the Founder make informed decisions.

 Preparing briefing documents
 </li>

 Coordinating project timelines
 </li>
