Job SummaryWe are seeking a professional and compassionate Medical Receptionist with a healthcare background to serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and medical staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hospital or medical center setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage front-desk operations while maintaining patient confidentiality and a high standard of care.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner</li><li>Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments</li><li>Register patients and verify personal, medical, and insurance information</li><li>Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) accurately</li><li>Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and referrals efficiently</li><li>Coordinate with nurses, physicians, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow</li><li>Process billing information, co-payments, and insurance documentation when required</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA and hospital privacy policies</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Gender (Arabic Female) Only</li><li>Diploma or certification in Medical Administration, Healthcare, or a related field</li><li>Previous experience as a receptionist in a hospital, clinic, or medical center</li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures</li><li>Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with insurance verification and medical billing</li><li>Multilingual abilities</li><li>Strong customer service orientation with a patient-centered approach</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Hospital or medical center setting</li><li>May involve shift work, including evenings, weekends, or holidays</li></ul>What We offer<ul><li>competitive salary</li><li>Visa</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Transportation</li></ul>Our Location is Al Shawmekh, Abu DhabiJob Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Dental and Dermatology: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi (Required)</li></ul>
