ABA Behavioral Therapist (Technician) $20 - $26/hr. DOE. Part Time Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-6:30pm$500 Sign On Bonus for active RBT's! Mileage reimbursement and drive time provided! As a behavior therapist you work with children and families in clinic, home, daycares, and/or community settings (outings). You use play and daily routines to teach children with developmental disabilities a variety of skills. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) we strive to create a world without limits.Responsibilities of the Behavior Technician:<ul><li>Work 1:1 with clients using ABA and PRT Strategies</li><li>Complete data collection, in-service notes and procedures as outlined by Supervisors</li><li>Participate in all trainings, evaluations and team meetings</li><li>Communicate frequently and effectively with team members</li><li>Bring required materials as needed (toys, iPad, etc. provided by In STEPPS)</li><li>Follow schedule as determined by administrative staff and supervisors.</li><li>Comply with all reporting requirements of the company, including all administrative, payroll submissions, billing information, etc., on a timely basis.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High School Diploma required; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred!
