About the JobAt in-tech, we are working to make mobility more sustainable and more intelligent.As a specialist in electronics and software for the past 20 years, in-tech develops innovative solutions for the automotive sector.A dynamic and fast-growing engineering company headquartered in Munich, Germany employing around 2350 employees globally across 20 project locations in 08 countries.We are looking for Sr Java Full stack Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, and AWS, along with experience building AI/agentic solutions. This role requires someone with strong ownership, technical leadership, and the ability to drive projects end-to-end and work in the client location in London at Hybrid basis.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AWS.</li><li>Own the complete software lifecycle &mdash; from architecture and development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Build and integrate AI-powered solutions, including LLM-based workflows, autonomous agents, copilots, and orchestration frameworks.</li><li>Design secure, resilient, and high-performance cloud-native systems on AWS.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li><li>Drive technical best practices, code quality, engineering standards, and system reliability.</li><li>Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.</li><li>Proactively identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.</li><li>Participate in architectural discussions, technical planning, and strategic technology decisions.</li><li>Implement CI/CD pipelines, observability, testing strategies, and DevOps best practices.</li><li>Stay current with emerging AI technologies, agent frameworks, and modern engineering trends.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>7 - 8 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development expertise.</li><li>Strong proficiency in: Java , Spring Boot / Microservices, React.js, REST APIs, AWS cloud services</li><li>Proven experience designing and deploying distributed cloud-native applications.</li><li>Mandatory hands-on experience building AI/LLM-based applications and agentic systems.</li><li>Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.</li><li>Strong understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI integration patterns.</li><li>Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.</li><li>Strong system design and architecture capabilities.</li><li>Ability to independently drive initiatives with end-to-end ownership.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strong collaborator with a proactive, self-driven mindset.</li><li>Willingness to work at client office in London on hybrid basis.</li></ul>Apply with usIf you have the experience, team spirit and are looking for a great place to work, then start your job with us.As part of our dedication to the diversity of our workforce, in-tech is committed to equal employment opportunity without regard for age, race, colour, national origin, ethnicity, gender, protected veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or religion.Application question(s):<ul><li>Notice Period</li><li>Experience with working AI Frame works and Agents?</li><li>Do you require Visa Sponsorship?</li><li>Are you fine to relocate to London?</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
