Job Title: Technical Marketing Executive Location: Gurgaon Job Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for a Technical Marketing Executive with a background in Electrical/Electronics &amp; Communication Engineering to join our team. This role involves building client relationships, driving sales, and supporting marketing campaigns to expand our business reach.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Marketing &amp; Content Management &ndash; </li></ul>Manage and optimize all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). - Develop and implement content strategies, including tech blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and technical documentation. - Handle SEO strategies to improve website ranking and online visibility. - Design graphics, presentations, and promotional materials for marketing campaigns. - Analyse digital marketing performance and optimize content accordingly.<ul><li>Client Acquisition &amp; Business Development &ndash;</li></ul>Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels. - Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and client meetings. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.<ul><li>Marketing Campaigns &amp; Sales Support &ndash; </li></ul>Collaborate with the technical team to accurately highlight product features in marketing materials. - Support marketing campaigns by providing technical insights and customer-centric messaging. - Develop sales presentations, brochures, and pitch decks for potential clients. - Track and report campaign and sales performance, providing insights for improvement.<ul><li>Strategy &amp; Performance Tracking &ndash; </li></ul>Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies. - Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness. - Prepare performance reports on lead conversion, digital reach, and campaign effectiveness.Key Requirements:<ul><li>Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Electrical and Computer Science.</li><li>Experience: Freshers, Minimum 1 year in marketing with a focus on SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing</li><li>Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, social media platforms, Technical Content Writing, and email marketing tools</li><li>Key Competencies: Strong analytical skills, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team</li><li>Preferred: Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint, experience in the electronics industry</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
