POSITION DESCRIPTION:
 We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead a multi-year modernization initiative and drive AI-powered digital transformation. The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing large-scale programs, with the ability to serve as both Project Manager and Scrum Master in early phases, and later lead and scale high-performing teams of up to 50 personnel. Experience in Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and setting strategic direction for complex initiatives is essential.
RESPONSIBILITES:<ul><li>
Steer a small agentic AI driven team through a pilot as Project Manager and Scrum Master delivering agile excellence and real results.</li><li>
Build, inspire, and manage a top-tier team and grow it to 50+ professionals.</li><li>
Craft deliverables, program roadmaps, set milestones, and keep modernization goals and objectives front and center.</li><li>
Drive long term consulting sales through delivery excellence your expertise will open doors and close deals.</li><li>
Be the go-to for stakeholders, keeping everyone in sync and informed.</li><li>
Champion best practices project management, agile methodology, compliance, security, AWS, and innovation through AI driven solutions.</li><li>
Work with cross-functional teams, client and company leadership solve problems, remove roadblocks, and make things happen.</li></ul>

Requirements: 
NON-TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>
Must be a U.S. Citizen.</li><li>
Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (2-3 Days) in Reston, VA &amp; client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.</li><li>
Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance</li><li>
Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>
Must be able to prioritize and self-start.</li><li>
Must be adaptable/flexible as priorities shift.</li><li>
Must be enthusiastic and have passion for learning and constant improvement.</li><li>

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:<ul><li>
Must possess a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology (or related field).</li><li>
Must have at least 7 years of hands-on proven Project Management experience and success specializing in agile accelerated approaches.</li><li>
Must possess a hands-on experience and deep understanding of management consulting, delivery, and team building for technical modernization projects coupled with O&amp;M.</li><li>
Must possess outstanding skills in leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive acceleration and change.</li><li>
Must possess experience managing and supporting Project/Programs for Federal Government customers/clients.</li><li>
Must possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master Certification (or equivalent agile creds).</li></ul>
