Overview</b></p><div>
Join our team as a Customer Service Agent, providing expert assistance to business owners in LLC formation and startup consulting. You'll be the first point of contact for business owners, answering questions, and ensuring clients receive the best possible experience. In this position you will talk to business owners to offer custom solutions and business formation support to get their business launched and ready to grow!</div><p><b>
This position will be located in our Reno NV office.</b></p><p></p><div><b><br>
You will</b></div><ul><li><p>
Advise business owners who inquire about our services guiding them toward customized solutions</p></li><li><div>
Possess strong knowledge of Inc Authority products and services to identify customer's needs when qualifying them (training provided)</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrate an aptitude for business startup consultation and customer assistance to increase customer satisfaction</div></li><li><div>
Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with both potential customers and internal team members</div></li><li><div>
Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact</div></li></ul><p></p><div><b><br>
You have</b></div><ul><li><p>
Excellent Phone Communication Skills</p></li><li><div>
At least 1 year of experience in a client facing position</div></li><li><div>
Ability to read and write Spanish proficiently (preferred not required)</div></li><li><div>
Ability to navigate a CRM System and use a headset</div></li><li><div>
Basic computer skills such as typing while using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)</div></li><li><div>

The base compensation range for this role is $34,000 + performance-based monthly incentive bonus. Actual compensation offered will depend on several factors, including but not limited to: geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, and/or other business and organizational needs.</div><p></p><div><br>
