 As an associate in the CEO&rsquo;s Office, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to and drive the strategy-to-execution agenda for the CEO's office. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across a diverse set of initiatives and priorities, ensuring alignment, preparedness, and accountability across stakeholders.
 
 
 
 Key Expectations:
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Work closely with the Chief of Staff in driving the CEO's office agenda (50%)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Help bring things together
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate the CEO Office priorities and execution outcomes
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive and contribute to execution on key initiatives as and when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Support key firm-level operating process - Firm OKR process, Quarterly, Monthly, and Fortnightly Priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Drive the India Management Forum agenda ( 30%)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare clear, outcome-oriented agendas for related operating reviews
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and synthesize content and insights before meetings to maximize effectiveness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capture and circulate concise minutes that highlight key discussions and actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track, follow up, and report progress on critical action items
 </li>
 <li>
 
 End-to-end support to the CEO during the India travel plans (20%)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Shadow the CEO during India visits - provide end-to-end support to the CEO
 </li>
 <li>
 Own end-to-end design, execution, and support of the agenda. Partner with different stakeholders as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up and track the actions from the visit. Ensure closure and timely updates
 </li>
 </ol>
