Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Run errands in person within India as required (basic local and logistical requirements, e.g. attending banks/agencies for OTC filings, collecting purchases from suppliers, organising couriers, etc.</li><li>Coordinate local appointments, bookings, or task follow-ups</li><li>Assist with other administrative or operational tasks requiring physical presence</li><li>Communicate clearly and promptly regarding task status and completion</li><li>For paralegal will help with government agency matters, e.g. MCA office address change issue.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>With at least 5 years of relevant experience</li><li>Preferably with background in Administration and paralegal.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion</li><li>Based in India with the ability to travel locally for in-person tasks</li><li>Previous experience as a freelance paralegal or personal assistant is a plus</li><li>Access to basic tech tools (email, messaging, scanning apps, etc.)</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: &#8377;300.00 - &#8377;500.00 per hour
