Overview As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring that Inception's AI solutions meet the operational and strategic needs of our clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, client-focused problem-solving abilities, and expertise in understanding and translating client requirements into actionable insights for cross-functional teams. Working closely with customer success and delivery teams, you will support the Director - Customer Success in optimizing solution delivery, enhancing client satisfaction, and improving overall service quality.Inception is the UAE's national-scale enabler in AI Research and Development. Partnering with Microsoft's AI SaaS, we offer domain-specific Agentic AI Orchestrator platform utilizing reasoning agents for precise and cost-effective services. Our focus includes AI incubation, IP creation, applied AI R&D, and AI investment products. By creating models tailored to specific domains and languages, we ensure superior accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Client Requirements Gathering & Analysis<ul><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements, ensuring solutions are aligned with their strategic objectives.</li><li>Conduct in-depth business analysis to translate client needs into technical requirements, workflows, and specifications for development and delivery teams.</li><li>Document and maintain a detailed record of client requirements, use cases, and deliverables, providing clarity and direction throughout the solution lifecycle.</li></ul>Data Analysis & Insights Generation<ul><li>Analyze client and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement, supporting data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Generate actionable insights from data analysis to recommend enhancements in delivery processes and client engagement practices.</li><li>Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings and progress updates to internal stakeholders and clients.</li></ul>Process Improvement & Optimization<ul><li>Identify areas for process improvement within the delivery organization, proposing and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline delivery processes, enabling scalability and consistency in client experiences.</li><li>Support the Director - Customer Success in implementing best practices for project management, documentation, and communication.</li></ul>Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Act as a liaison between client-facing and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on client requirements and delivery timelines.</li><li>Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement of solutions.</li><li>Assist in coordinating workshops, training sessions, and regular client meetings, gathering feedback and documenting outcomes for continuous improvement.</li></ul> Qualifications Skills and attributes for success<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in business analysis is a plus.</li><li>3+ years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role within a delivery-focused or technology-driven environment.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of translating client requirements into actionable insights.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).</li><li>Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or SaaS products is a plus, as well as experience in the financial or technology sectors.</li></ul> What We Look For If you are a performance-driven, inquisitive mind with the agility to adapt to ambiguity, you will fit right in.
