Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Videographer / Content Creator to join our growing team and support multiple business divisions including construction, real estate, landscaping, property management, development, and hospitality/golf operations. This role will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content that showcases our projects, properties, people, and brand story across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is creative, self-driven, and comfortable working in dynamic environments such as job sites, homes, offices, and outdoor settings. 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Film and produce professional video content across all company divisions</li>
<li>Capture project progress, before/after transformations, and promotional footage</li>
<li>Create social media content (short-form reels, TikToks, YouTube, ads, etc.)</li>
<li>Edit videos with graphics, music, and branding elements</li>
<li>Coordinate shoot schedules with department leaders and marketing team</li>
<li>Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and drones (if licensed)</li>
<li>Maintain organized media files and content library</li>
<li>Assist with photography when needed</li>
<li>Travel locally between job sites, properties, and offices</li></ul> 


Preferred Experience
<ul>
<li>2+ years videography and editing experience</li>
<li>Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and brand content</li>
<li>Proficiency in editing software</li>
<li>Experience shooting for social media platforms and marketing campaigns</li>
<li>Drone certification is a plus</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li>
<li>Comfortable working in construction and outdoor environments</li></ul> 


Equipment

Candidate may use company equipment or personal gear depending on experience and arrangement. Drone capability is a bonus.
