Position Summary: 
The Content Creator will be responsible for developing, producing, and managing a variety of high-quality content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and video. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller with a strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Develop and produce engaging content, including written, visual, and video materials for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with company goals, campaigns, and branding strategies.</li>
<li>Write compelling, SEO-optimized copy for blogs, articles, and website content to attract and engage target audiences.</li>
<li>Design and produce graphics, photography, and short-form videos that support marketing initiatives.</li>
<li>Plan, manage, and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.</li>
<li>Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in content marketing and digital storytelling.</li>
<li>Work with external vendors, partners, and collaborators when necessary to produce content.</li>
<li>Ensure all content aligns with the company&rsquo;s voice, tone, and branding guidelines.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Proficiency with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.</li>
<li>No college degree required &ndash; we value creativity, experience, and a passion for content marketing over formal education.</li>
<li>Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.</li>
<li>Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools for measuring content performance.</li>
<li>Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills:
<ul>
<li>Experience with photography, videography, and video editing tools.</li>
<li>Familiarity with website management tools.</li>
