<div>The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for receiving parts, operating power equipment, stocking, order picking, and loading/ offloading trucks to provide distribution support to Parts stores. This position is also responsible to practice safe working practices, attention to quality, and meeting individual efficiency goals and benchmark.</div></div></div><div></div><div><br>

<div><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</b></div></div></div><br>
<div>
<div><ul><li>Receives and checks all parts arrival with corresponding documentation(s) being manual or utilizing scanner device.</li>
<li>Assists with stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to shop technicians and wholesale accounts.</li>
<li>Maintains proper shelf locations for parts both old and new.</li>
<li>Processes report(s) of damaged or missing merchandise</li>
<li>Stock equipment parts</li>
<li>Assist with annual physical inventory</li>
<li>Process pick tickets for front and back counters by pulling parts from bins accordingly</li>
<li>Manual cycle counting</li>
<li>TRO Report daily</li>
<li>Picks up and delivers parts as needed</li>
<li>Delivers parts to internal customer(s) when needed.</li>
<li>Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up.</li>
<li>Keeps an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups</li>
<li>Requests recipient's signature on each delivery entry.</li>
<li>Prepare delivery schedule</li>
<li>Operates office machines such as computer, labeling machine, calculator, and copier.</li>
<li>Files correspondence, and other records.</li>
<li>Makes copies of correspondence or other printed matter.</li>
<li>Helps maintain the professional appearance of the warehouse and parts department.</li>
<li>Ensures the cleanliness of the parts department by disposing of used boxes and trash, sweeping floors, and dusting parts bins daily.</li></ul></div></div><div></div><div><br>
