Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding freight forwarding services (air, sea, and land).</li>
<li>Coordinate end-to-end freight forwarding operations for air, sea, and land shipments.</li>
<li>Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs brokers</li>
<li>Handle booking, documentation, customs clearance, and cargo tracking.</li>
<li>Coordinate and monitor import/export shipments from origin to destination.</li>
<li>Provide timely updates to customers on shipment status, delays, and documentation requirements.</li>
<li>Arrange transportation and shipment delivery for LCL, FCL&amp; AIR shipments.</li>
<li>Prepare and review shipping documents such as bills of lading, COO, commercial invoices, and packing lists.</li>
<li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally and efficiently.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.</li>

The main responsibility of this position is to provide on-call support to customers for commissioning, servicing, overhauling, retrofitting, and after-sales support. Who You Are:

An engineering background with 2&ndash;3 years of experience in a similar field.</li>

<li>Basic working knowledge of field instruments such as level instruments (specifically displacer and guided wave radar), level and interface measurements, and pressure and flow measurement principles.</li>
<li>Familiarity with online gas and water analyzers, oil-in-water measurement principles, control valve and safety valve test benches, and gas and fire detection systems.</li>
