Main purpose of Job 
Accounts Payable function within the Onecape HUB, to include preparation of payments/SOA reconciliation &amp; recovery of balances from agents and/or vendors on behalf of the customers that fall under the Onecape product. This will include ensuring SLA&rsquo;s/KPI targets are adhered to in accordance with our operational/financial strategy. 
 Key Accountabilities: 
<ul>
<li>Daily preparation of due payments</li>
<li>Adhere to SLA timings for different payment types</li>
<li>Management of funds due from agents/vendors either by payment offsetting or refund request; keeping overdue to a minimum</li>
<li>SOA reconciliation</li>
<li>Dispute resolution</li>
<li>Adhere to global bank account verification policy (LOBD)</li>
<li>Reporting i.e customer cashbooks</li>
<li>Transaction posting within internal accounting system (Unit 4)</li>
<li>Communication externally and internally</li>
<li>Escalation on vendors/LPA&rsquo;s on overdue receivables. 
 
Key Deliverables:</li>
<li>Maximize working capital by adhering to policies for their financial accountabilities</li>
<li>Accurate recording of accounting transactions</li>
<li>Clear communication with internal/external stakeholders.</li> 
</ul>
 Essential 
<ul>
<li>Experience in Payables</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities</li>
<li>Experience of working in a target driven environment.</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting / BBA</li>
<li>Willing to work in Hybrid model

<li>Shipping background</li>
<li>Prior exposure to AP process in ERP 
</li>
<li>Masters Degree</li>
<li>MBA Financial Mgmt
