The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of visual storytelling, a keen eye for aesthetics, and proficiency in creating impactful designs across digital and print media platforms. Key Responsibilities &middot; Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital, print, and social media campaigns. &middot; Develop brand identity elements, marketing collaterals, and visual storytelling concepts. &middot; Collaborate with content, marketing, and client servicing teams to translate briefs into visual solutions. &middot; Create layouts, infographics, social media posts, banners, brochures, and presentation decks. &middot; Ensure design consistency across all brand communications. &middot; Handle multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. &middot; Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills &amp; Qualifications &middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. &middot; 2&ndash;3 years of professional experience in a creative agency or in-house design team. &middot; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). &middot; Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles. &middot; Ability to visualize concepts and convert ideas into engaging designs. &middot; Good communication, time management, and collaboration skills. &middot; Motion graphics and video editing skills will be an added advantage.
