School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor &ndash;Apple Valley, CAStart Date: ASAP Schedule: Flexible. 4 hours per week. Pay: $64&ndash;$67 per hour (based on experience) Location: 100% on-site- Apple Valley, CA and various school sites Job Type: W-2, Part-timeAbout the Role:Inclusive Learning Partners is seeking a dedicated, school-experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative and mission-driven team. In this position, you&rsquo;ll support students in public school settings by developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and coaching staff using proactive and trauma-informed strategies.You&rsquo;ll be supervising Behavior Interventionists throughout the district. They are looking for a BCBA who can coach and train staff on working with behaviors specifically seen with children on the Autism spectrum. Ideal candidates are confident in modeling beyond-traditional ABA practices&mdash;such as using concise, firm language delivered in a supportive tone&mdash;and are passionate about inclusive, student-centered care.Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Psychology, Education, Behavioral Health, or related field</li><li>Active BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)</li><li>Prior experience working in public school settings with students with autism and related disabilities</li><li>Strong understanding of IEPs, IDEA compliance, and data-driven behavior support</li><li>Must be willing to undergo a criminal background clearance and Livescan fingerprinting through the California Department of Justice and FBI.</li><li>TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable</li><li>Willingness to complete all necessary ILP and state mandated trainings during onboarding</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience supporting moderate/severe and inclusion programs</li><li>Familiarity with positive behavior supports (PBIS) and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS)</li><li>Bilingual or multilingual abilities a plus</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct FBAs, write and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)</li><li>Coach and train teachers, paraeducators, and support staff in evidence-based behavior strategies</li><li>Model techniques in real-time across school environments</li><li>Support IEP team processes and contribute to student behavior goals</li><li>Monitor fidelity of implementation and document progress</li><li>Participate in team meetings and student support planning</li><li>Provide consultation and support to ensure safe, inclusive classrooms for students with social-emotional and behavioral challenges</li><li>Respond to behavioral crises, support de-escalation, and contribute to safety planning</li><li>Collaborate with administrators, families, and mental health providers</li><li>Travel between school sites as needed</li></ul>Employee Perks and Benefits:<ul><li>Weekly pay via direct deposit</li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Life &amp; Chiropractic Insurance</li><li>Paid Sick Time &amp; Holidays</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Referral bonuses</li><li>Supportive, responsive team</li></ul>(Benefits eligibility may vary depending on employment status)Why Work With ILP?Inclusive Learning Partners is a certified NPA (Nonpublic Agency) committed to equitable access to education for all students.
