Any other applications will be automatically rejected.Job DescriptionIncoco Style Ladies Beauty Salon is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accountant &amp; Inventory Manager to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai.This role is ideal for a professional with strong accounting and stock control experience who can support the salon&rsquo;s daily financial operations and ensure accurate inventory oversight.The successful candidate will start work at 9:00 AM each morning, taking responsibility for reviewing inventory, monitoring sales and expenses, and responding to customer enquiries during the morning hours before the full team arrives at noon.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily sales, expense, and cash flow tracking</li><li>Record and reconcile all operational expenses and supplier payments</li><li>Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for products, consumables, and salon equipment</li><li>Track stock movement, usage, wastage, and reordering requirements</li><li>Maintain records of all salon tools, machines, and equipment</li><li>Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, expenses, and sales performance</li><li>Coordinate with management on stock purchasing and cost control</li><li>Assist with invoice management, petty cash, and bookkeeping</li><li>Respond to customer WhatsApp and message enquiries between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM</li><li>Support morning operational readiness before staff and management arrive</li><li>Ensure all accounting and stock records are updated daily</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years UAE experience in accounting, inventory management, bookkeeping, or a related role</li><li>Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Inventory Management, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Previous work experience in a salon, beauty centre, spa, or wellness business strongly preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of expense management and stock control</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills</li><li>Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / accounting software</li><li>Ability to communicate professionally with customers</li><li>Own visa preferred</li><li>English required; Arabic is an advantage</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Premium workplace in Business Bay</li><li>Professional and supportive team environment</li><li>Opportunity for long-term growth within the salon</li><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li></ul>To apply: Apply directly on Indeed or email your CV to shop4incoco@gmail.comWork Location: In person
