 This is a hands-on role focused on content, partnerships, KOL collaborations, and growth campaigns to scale adoption and engagement.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 
 
 Growth &amp; User Acquisition
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive user acquisition across Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and Web3 platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and execute growth campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize funnel: Awareness &rarr; Engagement &rarr; On-chain Action &rarr; Retention
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Content &amp; Social Media
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and grow social media channels
 </li>
 <li>
 Create educational, product, and narrative-driven content
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the design team on marketing creatives
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 On-Chain Campaigns &amp; KOLs
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Launch campaigns on Zealy, Galxe, TaskOn, Layer3, Intract
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate KOL campaigns, Twitter Spaces, and AMAs
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize reward mechanics and campaign performance
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Partnerships &amp; Ecosystem Growth
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Web3 projects for cross-marketing campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute joint announcements, quests, and co-marketing initiatives
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Analytics &amp; Optimization
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track user growth, on-chain activity, and campaign performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize campaigns based on data
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 QUALIFICATIONS:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years in Web3 / Crypto marketing
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing crypto social media
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with on-chain quest platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with KOLs and partnerships
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong content and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of DeFi and Web3 ecosystem
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to create short-form video content
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable being the face of content
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience hosting Twitter Spaces / AMAs
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with DeFi / RWA / Yield protocols
 </li>
