We are looking for a Customer Account Coordinator to work out of our customer site in Derby.</b></p><p></p><p>

As a <b>Customer Account Coordinator, </b>you will work alongside our Incora customer team, providing first class customer service whilst ensuring the customer needs are understood and managed.</p><p></p><p>
You will work to ensure that the Incora footprint at the customer site is at the required levels, identifying any part shortages and linking in with internal stakeholders to correct this.</p><p></p><p>
You will be the person who helps to resolve customer queries by engaging with a range of stakeholders to reach a swift conclusion.</p><p></p><p><b>
This role will require you to work a 3 week rotating shift pattern: 06:00 - 14:30, 14:00 - 22:30, 20:00 - 06:30 and will be based at Rolls Royce MMC, Wilmore Road, Derby, DE24 8BD.</b></p><p></p><p><b>
About You</b></p><p></p><p>
You will be exceptional at working on your own initiative and be able to build long-term relationships with stakeholders with an ability to prioritise workload.</p><p></p><p>
You will have a proven track record of working within a B2B customer service role; with strong negotiation skills to allow you to reach solutions. You will be comfortable to run and contribute to meetings with the customer and possess the ability to articulate updates with ease.</p><p></p><p>
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.</p><p></p><p>

As Onsite Representative Lead is accountable for representing Incora Aircraft at customer production sites, interacting and coordinating directly with the Customer Administrator and on-site functional area managers to effectively maintain and replenish customer supply bins; and for providing an on-site presence and liaison to assist in monitoring stock levels, resolving issues and expediting critical needs in support of customer requirements. This role is responsible for monitoring all processes, procedures and functions for accuracy and efficiency.</div><div></div><div>

About Role:</div><ul><li><div>
The On Site Representative Lead is responsible for maintaining ongoing and consistent communication with the Regional Customer Program Manager, Contracts, Sales and Finance.</div></li><li><div>
Provide operational support and status updates, including notification of critical stock outs, coordinating New &quot;Add&quot; and/or &quot;Off&quot; contract requirements; opportunities for quality or process improvements, and opportunities to provide additional value-added products or services for increased customer satisfaction and profitability.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
About You:</div><ul><li><div>
High school diploma. Some college or college degree is preferred &middot;</div></li><li><div>
Experience Minimum of 1-year relative JIT, VMI or 3PO experience, within the aerospace industry</div></li><li><div>
