Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source and secure competitive pricing from agents and service providers</li><li>Negotiate rates and terms to deliver cost-effective solutions</li><li>Prepare and submit accurate customer quotations within set timelines</li><li>Follow up on submitted quotes and manage customer feedback</li><li>Maintain and update pricing, customer data, and records in internal systems</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy</li><li>Provide administrative and coordination support to the broader operations team as needed</li></ul>Qualifications:&middot; Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations, logistics, or coordination role (preferred)&middot; Strong negotiation and communication skills&middot; Excellent attention to detail with solid organizational and time management abilities&middot; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools&middot; Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment&middot; Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
