Working as a part of our Copywriting and Agency Team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality original content with the end goal of improving our clients' brand awareness, educating patients and inspiring action that leads to sales. You will primarily be responsible for the following:</div><p></p><ul><li><div><br>
Creating high-quality content based on subjects, titles and keywords provided to you</div></li><li><div>
Pitching ideas for topics, keywords and new content formats</div></li><li><div>
Following requirements in terms of style and project specifications</div></li><li><div>
Conducting research on procedures and industry trends</div></li><li><div>
Optimizing content according to SEO and AIO best practices</div></li><li><div>
Editing, proofreading and improving your own content before submitting it for client review</div></li><li><div>
Revising content according to client specifications</div></li><li><div>
Participating in client meetings</div></li><li><div>
Managing personal workload and deadlines</div></li><li><div>
Participating in team and company meetings</div></li><li><div>
Working on internal initiatives to improve our operations or offerings</div></li><li><div>
Working with internal teams to execute strategies or provide clients answers to questions.</div></li></ul><p></p><div><br>
Communication:</div><p></p><ul><li><div><br>
Effective and consistent communication is the cornerstone of success &mdash; you must be comfortable and confident communicating, as well as being an attentive listener</div></li><li><div>
Excellent verbal and written skills are required</div></li><li><div>
You will primarily communicate with the lead content writer, other members of the copywriting team, Account Managers and Project Managers</div></li><li><div>
You will communicate with other departments and the leadership team as required</div></li><li><div>
Some client communication is expected</div></li></ul><p></p><div><br>
Client Relationship:</div><p></p><ul><li><div><br>
You will work closely with Account Managers and Project Managers, who are the primary points of contact for clients</div></li><li><div>
When necessary, you will communicate directly with clients to:</div><ul><li><div>
Help define their content needs and brand voice</div></li><li><div>
Conduct research</div></li><li><div>
Respond to revision requests</div></li></ul></li><li><div>
Must be resourceful and utilize the platforms internally to help your clients</div></li><li><div>
Expected to assist clients with inquiries on matters outside of your role should those situations arise</div></li><li><div>
Form strong relationships with your clients, truly understanding their brand and goals</div></li></ul><p></p><div><br>
Qualifications:</div><p></p><ul><li><div><br>
2+ years direct Content Marketing / Copywriting experience with tangible results &mdash; beauty, aesthetics or medical industry history is a plus!</div></li><li><div>
Solid knowledge of fundamental writing, editing and content marketing principles</div></li><li><div>
Strong research and analytical skills</div></li><li><div>
Computer savvy</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools</div></li><li><div>
Attention to detail, timeliness and professionalism</div></li><li><div>
Ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time and prioritize effectively</div></li><li><div>
Excellent verbal, written and people skills</div></li><li><div>
Ability to communicate clinical or difficult concepts in a way that a lay audience can easily understand</div></li><li><div>
Can participate in idea generation and strategy development</div></li><li><div>
Must be comfortable communicating with clients as needed</div></li><li><div>
Highly-motivated individual with the ability to work in a fast, dynamic work environment</div></li></ul><p></p><div><br>

Familiarity with Grammarly, Slack, Wrike, and AI tools (esp. Claude and ChatGPT)</div></li><li><div>

Experience with Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs and similar tools</div></li><li><div>
Experience with other forms of media (e.g. photo, video, audio, graphic design, journalism)</div></li><li><div>
Understanding the importance and benefits of content marketing</div></li><li><div>
Following developments in the content marketing / digital marketing space</div></li><li><div>
