Location: Island Falls, ME 
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours
Are you a people person with a passion for organization and a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Join our 3Rivers Human Resources team as an HR Coordinator &mdash; the friendly face and steady hand that helps our employees, candidates, and leaders every day.
As our 3Rivers HR Coordinator, you&rsquo;ll be the first point of contact for all things HR &mdash; from welcoming new hires and supporting recruitment to answering payroll and benefits questions. You&rsquo;ll play a vital role in keeping our HR operations accurate, efficient, and employee-centered. 
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Be the go-to resource for employee questions &mdash; via phone, email, or in person &mdash; ensuring everyone gets the help they need with professionalism and care.</li><li>
Support recruitment and onboarding: post job openings, coordinate interviews, and help new team members feel right at home from day one.</li><li>
Assist with payroll and benefits questions, ensuring timely and accurate support for employees.</li><li>
Maintain HRIS data and personnel files with precision and confidentiality.</li><li>
Provide administrative support for HR programs, training sessions, and employee recognition events.</li><li>
Represent our organization at job fairs and community events, sharing our mission and opportunities with potential candidates.</li></ul> 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
A detail-oriented multitasker who loves keeping things organized and accurate.</li><li>
A strong communicator who can balance professionalism with warmth.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with HRIS systems.</li><li>
Prior experience in an office, administrative, or customer service setting (HR experience a plus!).</li><li>
The ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality.</li><li>
Willingness to travel between agency locations and work flexible hours when needed.</li></ul>

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (additional HR or administrative training a plus).</li><li>
Ability to pass required background checks.</li><li>
