We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms. The role involves creating engaging content, managing online communities, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting brand awareness and marketing campaigns. 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn 
</li><li>Create engaging captions, stories, reels, and other social media content aligned with brand guidelines</li><li>
Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner</li><li>
Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation</li><li>
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce content</li><li>
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools</li><li>
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms</li><li>
Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships where applicable</li><li>
Support paid social media advertising campaigns and audience targeting</li><li>
Ensure all content reflects the brand's voice, values, and marketing objectives</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.</li><li>
1&ndash;3 years of experience in social media management and content creation</li><li>
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices</li><li>
Experience with content scheduling tools and analytics platforms</li><li>
Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite</li></ul></div>

A Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and executing visual designs that communicate ideas and messages in a creative and engaging way for brands, marketing campaigns, and both digital and print content.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Design logos and brand identities.
</li><li>Create social media designs (posts, ads, stories).
</li><li>Develop marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and posters.
</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate them into visual content.
</li><li>Edit and enhance images using design software.
</li><li>Ensure consistency with the brand's visual identity across all designs.
</li><li>Provide creative ideas to support visual content.
</li></ul>Skills Required:
<ul><li>Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
</li><li>Strong creativity and a good sense of color and visual composition.
</li><li>Ability to transform ideas into clear and effective designs.

Graphic Designer

Be able to share your knowledge about coffee roasting with colleagues and guests alike</li><li>
