&middot; Identify and develop new business opportunities in manpower, facility management, and hospitality services.&middot; Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and client requirements.&middot; Develop market entry strategies for new sectors, clients, or service offerings.&middot; Generate qualified leads through direct visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.&middot; Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, contractors, hotels, facilities, and project managers.&middot; Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service briefings.&middot; Understand client manpower and service needs and coordinate with operations for tailored solutions.. Support client onboarding, contract initiation, and service handover.&middot; Assist in preparing service proposals, quotations, tenders, and presentations.&middot; Coordinate with internal teams for costing, staffing plans, and compliance documentation.&middot; Follow up on proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.&middot; Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and active opportunities.&middot; Support marketing initiatives such as company profiles, service brochures, and digital promotions.&middot; Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.&middot; Strengthen company visibility in targeted sectors and geographic areas.&middot; Prepare regular reports on market activity, leads, conversions, and revenue forecasts.&middot; Maintain accurate CRM or client tracking records.&middot; Coordinate closely with operations, recruitment, and finance teams to ensure service delivery alignment.Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
