We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage local and international recruitment activities, coordinate candidate deployment, and ensure smooth recruitment operations in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for local and international candidates.</li><li>Liaise with recruitment agencies, candidates, government authorities, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Manage candidate documentation, visa processing, medical clearances, and deployment schedules.</li><li>Arrange interviews, trade tests, and selection activities.</li><li>Maintain recruitment records and prepare periodic reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration requirements, and company policies.</li><li>Communicate recruitment and deployment updates to clients and candidates.</li><li>Support workforce planning and recruitment campaigns.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;5 years of recruitment coordination or talent acquisition experience.</li><li>Knowledge of visa processing, immigration procedures, and workforce deployment.</li><li>Transferable QID with immediate availability preferred.</li><li>Willing to relocate to Qatar.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment management systems.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience in overseas recruitment and international workforce deployment.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
