Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and generate new leads for property sales and leasing.</li><li>Promote off-plan and secondary market properties to potential buyers and investors.</li><li>Conduct property viewings and client meetings.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors.</li><li>Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to close successful transactions.</li><li>Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new project launches.</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in Dubai real estate (preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, including off-plan and secondary sales.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (preferred).</li><li>RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory).</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Attractive commission structure.</li><li>Access to high-quality leads and marketing support.</li><li>Administrative and documentation support.</li><li>Opportunity to work with leading developers in Dubai.</li><li>Flexible working environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timeExpected hours: No less than 12 per week
