JOB DESCRIPTION:<ul><li>High - End Instrument - Service</li><li>Target Achievement as per KRA/KPI</li><li>Installation &amp; Training to customers.</li><li>Exhibition Participation</li><li>Trail &amp; Demo</li></ul>Key Skills required :<ul><li>Basics of Electronics and Instrumentation.</li><li>Knowledge of Trouble shooting of Analytical Instrumentation.</li><li>Able to understand the Circuit diagram and its flow and capable to trace it on PCB.</li><li>Knowledge of Validation and calibration of Equipment.</li><li>Root cause analysis of service complaints</li></ul>Soft skill also required:MS-Excel, Computer Proficiency, etc.Non-Technical Skills required :<ul><li>Knowledge of CRM, Review / Analyze/update CRM Data entry.</li><li>Expert in Data Management and Report Preparation based on requirements.</li><li>Root cause analysis Report preparation and Review with reporting manager and coordinate with team to resolve.</li><li>Able to do new Installations, preventive maintenance, remote support, telephonic support, troubleshooting of instruments deployed.</li><li>Warranty/AMC expiry renewal along with SCP consumption</li><li>Anticipate customers and Field team needs and discuss with reporting manager/department head to deliver timely response to meet their expectations.</li><li>Good Communication Skill.</li><li>Attending to corporate clients concerns &amp; complaints and share with HOD and undertake steps for effectively resolving them.</li><li>Coordination with Sales and other team for smooth service support activities.</li></ul>Experience: 3 - 8 yrsEducation Required: Diploma/B.
