Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Target Achievement:<ul><li>Drive the company sales van daily to assigned routes, territories, and strategic locations.</li><li>Directly sell and distribute products to existing and potential customers.</li><li>Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base within the territory.</li><li>Handle cash transactions and ensure daily sales reports are accurate and submitted on time.</li><li>Monitor competitor activity and report findings to the management team.</li></ul>2. Inventory and Van Management:<ul><li>Load and unload products safely and efficiently into the sales van.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records, reconcile stock daily, and minimize product damage or spoilage.</li><li>Ensure the sales van is kept clean, well-maintained, and comply with all traffic and safety regulations.</li></ul>4. Customer Relationship Management:<ul><li>Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.</li><li>Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally and promptly.</li><li>Educate customers on new products, special promotions, and product benefits.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 1 years of proven experience in direct sales, field marketing, or van sales.</li><li>Licensing: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Integrity: Proven ability to handle cash and inventory responsibly and accurately.</li><li>Other: Must be punctual and reliable.</li></ul>Contact:<ul><li>9072270401</li><li>Please call in between 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
