Key Responsibilities Embryology Procedures<ul><li>Perform and oversee all laboratory procedures including:</li><li>Oocyte retrieval handling</li><li>Insemination via conventional IVF and ICSI</li><li>Embryo grading, culturing, and development monitoring</li><li>Embryo transfer preparation</li><li>Vitrification and thawing of embryos and gametes</li><li>Semen analysis and sperm preparation techniques</li></ul>Quality &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with national and international ART regulations (ICMR, ESHRE, ASRM).</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all procedures.</li><li>Implement and monitor strict quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) protocols.</li></ul>Lab Management &amp; Equipment Handling<ul><li>Calibrate and maintain lab equipment and instruments.</li><li>Monitor cryopreservation systems and ensure proper inventory management of gametes and embryos.</li><li>Maintain a sterile and contamination-free environment.</li></ul>Team Leadership<ul><li>Guide and mentor junior embryologists and lab technicians.</li><li>Collaborate with fertility specialists, counselors, and nursing staff to coordinate patient care.</li><li>Participate in case discussions, scientific meetings, and training sessions.</li></ul>Patient Care &amp; Communication<ul><li>Provide patients with transparent updates (where required) on embryo development and outcomes in coordination with doctors.</li><li>Support counseling sessions with embryology-related information when necessary.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s Degree in Clinical Embryology / Biotechnology / Reproductive Biology or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of hands-on experience in embryology and IVF lab procedures.</li><li>Certification from recognized bodies (e.g., ESHRE, ASRM, ICMR registration) is highly desirable.</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Expertise in IVF, ICSI, embryo biopsy, vitrification.</li><li>Strong understanding of embryology lab protocols, SOPs, and documentation practices.</li><li>Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and high ethical standards.</li><li>Good communication and leadership skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;70.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>2 years as Senior Embryologist is compulsory.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
