Overview: India Solution is looking for a creative and organized Social Media &amp; Marketing Executive to manage our digital branding, design promotional content, handle client communication, and oversee lead-generation platforms. This role is perfect for someone who is digitally savvy, design-focused, and passionate about building brand visibility.Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management<ul><li>Manage daily posting and content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.</li><li>Create engaging reels, stories, and updates that reflect the brand&rsquo;s tone and services.</li><li>Interact with followers, respond to queries, and grow organic reach.</li></ul>2. Graphic Design &amp; Content Creation<ul><li>Design eye-catching posters, event creatives, and promotional materials using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.</li><li>Collaborate with the events team to showcase recent work, client testimonials, and company updates.</li></ul>3. Promotional Messaging &amp; Client Outreach<ul><li>Send promotional messages and updates via WhatsApp Business, SMS, and email.</li><li>Create WhatsApp catalog templates, festive messages, service flyers, and offer posts.</li></ul>4. Lead Generation &amp; Database Management<ul><li>Gather and organize leads from social media, events, and website visitors.</li><li>Maintain and regularly update a client and lead database for sales follow-up.</li></ul>5. Online Listings &amp; Reviews Management<ul><li>Handle the company&rsquo;s presence on platforms such as:</li><li>Google Business Profile</li><li>Justdial</li><li>IndiaMART</li><li>Sulekha</li><li>Wedding portals (WedMeGood, ShaadiSaga, etc.)</li><li>Update business details, post photos, respond to client reviews, and monitor leads from these platforms.</li></ul>6. Campaign &amp; Performance Monitoring<ul><li>Track social media metrics and campaign performance.</li><li>Suggest improvements and creative ideas for boosting engagement and leads.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital promotion.</li><li>Proficiency in Canva or any graphic design tool.</li><li>Good command of English, with strong writing and communication skills.</li><li>Familiarity with platforms like Justdial, Google Business, and WhatsApp Business.</li><li>Organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience in managing social media pages for a business or brand?</li></ul>Yes / No (If yes, please mention which platforms and the type of content you&rsquo;ve handled.)<ul><li>Have you previously handled Google Business Profile, Justdial, or similar listing platforms for a business?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
