 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create visually appealing and user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop responsive interfaces that adapt across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with tools like Figma, Canva, and PowerPoint for design, prototyping, and presentations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply design principles (typography, spacing, hierarchy, accessibility) to ensure consistency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with developers, providing annotations, assets, and handoff-ready files.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and product goals.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and presentation tools (PPT/Keynote).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in designing SaaS or product interfaces.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of design systems and reusable components.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills to explain design decisions and collaborate with developers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and feedback incorporation.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Nice to Have
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience working in a startup environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) for smoother dev handoff.
