Job OverviewWe are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a blend of mechanical and electrical knowledge to handle various maintenance tasks.Duties<ul><li>Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing minor electrical issues</li><li>Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues</li><li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents</li><li>Keep accurate records of maintenance performed</li><li>Assist with residential painting projects</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment</li><li>Utilize schematics and logic controllers to diagnose issues</li><li>Conduct preventive maintenance on facilities equipment</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proficiency in English for effective communication</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge to handle equipment repairs</li><li>Basic electrical skills including the ability to use an ohmmeter</li><li>Customer service-oriented approach when interacting with staff and residents</li><li>Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
