We are looking for a WordPress Frontend Developer with strong UI/UX skills who can design website screens in Figma and implement them in WordPress using Elementor. The role focuses on design quality, performance, and smooth user experience for our education institute website (iifd.in).(All enquiry forms are handled via external CRM scripts.)Responsibilities<ul><li>Design modern, clean UI/UX layouts in Figma</li><li>Convert Figma designs into responsive pages using Elementor</li><li>Ensure brand consistency (colors, typography, spacing, layouts)</li><li>Optimize website performance and Core Web Vitals</li><li>Maintain WordPress plugins, updates, and backups</li><li>Embed and manage scripts (NPF forms, GTM, tracking pixels)</li><li>Collaborate with marketing &amp; SEO teams for implementation</li><li>Fix UI, responsiveness, and performance issues</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong experience with WordPress &amp; Elementor</li><li>Proven expertise in Figma (UI &amp; UX design)</li><li>Good eye for design, layout, and user experience</li><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript</li><li>Experience with speed optimization and caching</li><li>Ability to convert designs into live websites accurately</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Portfolio showing Figma designs + live websites</li><li>Basic PHP knowledge</li><li>Cloudflare / hosting panel experience</li><li>Experience with education, service, or brand websites</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;11,219.26 - &#8377;43,116.65 per monthWork Location: In person
