Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 


Your Role:

As Executive Chef, you&rsquo;ll set the tone and direction for the entire kitchen operation. Key responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Lead all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation across outlets and events.</li>
<li>Develop menus and specials while managing food and labor costs.</li>
<li>Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate all kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and professional environment.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.</li>
<li>Maintain scheduling and staffing levels based on business needs.</li>
<li>Ensure proper food handling, storage, and temperature guidelines are followed.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments and hotel leadership to support overall success.</li>
<li>Respond to guest feedback and adjust operations to ensure satisfaction.</li>
<li>Participate in budget planning and manage expenses within set targets.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 


What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as an Executive Chef or culinary leader, ideally in a hotel or banquet environment.</li>
<li>A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a 2 to 4-year college degree is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of food cost controls, safety standards, and staffing best practices.</li>
<li>Alcohol Awareness and Food Handlers Certification (as required by state).</li>
<li>Ability to work long hours on your feet and lift up to 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.</li></ul>
