We know great candidates come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing &amp; Growth (&asymp; 50%)<ul><li>Plan, build, and schedule email marketing campaigns to past clients, leads, and referral partners</li><li>Help create simple automations and follow-up sequences</li><li>Optimize and maintain our Google Business Profile</li><li>Post daily content across:</li><li>Facebook</li><li>Instagram</li><li>TikTok</li><li>Pinterest</li><li>X/Twitter</li><li>Threads</li><li>Publish YouTube Shorts and long-form content on a regular cadence</li><li>Perform basic video editing for job-site clips, testimonials, and educational content</li><li>Use bulk posting / scheduling tools to repurpose content across multiple platforms</li><li>Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT and similar platforms) to:</li><li>Draft and refine posts, emails, and landing page copy</li><li>Generate campaign ideas and content outlines</li><li>Help create SOP drafts, checklists, and internal documents faster</li><li>Help drive affiliate &amp; partnership marketing:</li><li>Find places to get us posted, mentioned, or featured (local blogs, podcasts, digital magazines, neighborhood groups, trade partners, etc.)</li><li>Benefit from financial incentives tied to qualified referrals and successful partnerships generated through your outreach</li><li>Help manage and optimize paid ads (Google, social platforms)</li><li>Coordinate and/or implement website updates and changes, including:</li><li>Service pages</li><li>Landing pages</li><li>Blogs</li><li>Portfolio photos</li><li>Lead forms</li><li>Collaborate with any external web/SEO partners</li><li>Actively request, collect, and showcase testimonials, including:</li><li>Written reviews</li><li>Video testimonials</li><li>Before/after stories</li><li>Track and report key marketing metrics (lead volume, close rates, campaign performance)</li></ul>Operations &amp; Company Support (&asymp; 25&ndash;35%)<ul><li>Help keep jobs, leads, and tasks organized for the VP and team</li><li>Update CRM and project tracking tools</li><li>Maintain status boards for leads, inspections, estimates, and active jobs</li><li>Coordinate communication with:</li><li>Internal team members</li><li>Subcontractors/crews</li><li>Vendors and suppliers (as needed)</li><li>Assist in building and documenting SOPs (checklists and repeatable processes for sales, marketing, and operations)</li><li>Help monitor key business metrics, including:</li><li>Weekly/monthly sales</li><li>Job progress and timelines</li><li>Collections and customer feedback</li><li>Support hiring and HR:</li><li>Posting job listings</li><li>Screening applicants</li><li>Scheduling interviews and helping with onboarding checklists</li></ul>Executive &amp; Personal Assistant Support to VP (&asymp; 15&ndash;25%)<ul><li>Work closely with the VP to:</li><li>Prioritize daily and weekly tasks</li><li>Maintain and protect the calendar (meetings, calls, focus blocks)</li><li>Prepare short summaries and action lists after key meetings</li><li>Act as a direct support and right hand to the VP in day-to-day decision-making and follow-through</li><li>Occasionally assist with personal/logistical tasks that support the VP&rsquo;s productivity (organizing documents, filing, light travel coordination)</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONSEducation &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred</li><li>1&ndash;3+ years of experience in:</li><li>Marketing coordination, digital marketing, or content/social media</li><li>Operations, admin, or assistant work is a plus</li><li>Experience in roofing, construction, trades, or home services is a bonus, not required</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Comfortable with:</li></ul><ul><li>Social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, X/Twitter, Threads, YouTube, Google Business Profile</li><li>Basic video editing and simple graphic tools (or eager to learn)</li><li>Email marketing platforms and basic list management</li><li>Proficient using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) for professional work, including:</li><li>Drafting and refining social posts, emails, and website copy</li><li>Researching topics and summarizing information</li><li>Creating outlines, checklists, and SOP drafts to speed up execution</li><li>Strong writing skills for posts, emails, and simple landing pages</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented;
