Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and people focused HR Generalist to manage day to day HR operations, employee relations and compliance. This role will serve as a bridge between management and employees while ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, talent development and organizational culture.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment &amp; Talent Management<ul><li>Drive end to end recruitment across functions.</li><li>Develop effective sourcing strategies for diverse roles.</li><li>Manage onboarding, induction, and workforce planning.</li></ul>Employee Engagement &amp; Relations<ul><li>Design and execute employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives.</li><li>Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.</li><li>Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.</li></ul>HR Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.</li><li>Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits administration.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, labor laws, Shops &amp; Establishment Act, etc.).</li></ul>Performance Management<ul><li>Coordinate appraisals, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.</li><li>Support managers in setting KRAs/KPIs and monitoring performance.</li></ul>Learning &amp; Development<ul><li>Identify training needs and coordinate skill development sessions.</li><li>Partner with managers to promote career growth pathways.</li></ul>Policy &amp; Process Management<ul><li>Draft, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs.</li><li>Ensure smooth communication of HR initiatives across the organization.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of HR experience in a generalist profile</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR practices, recruitment &amp; operations</li><li>Hands on experience in payroll, HRMS, and employee engagement.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,161.67 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
