Job Description<ul><li>Study design briefs and determine requirements</li><li>Cooperate with relevant digital team to Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.</li><li>Prepare rough drafts and present ideas</li><li>Search for relevant footage on the internet as needed.</li><li>Design logos, corporate identities and short videos.</li><li>Creating 2D Graphics &amp; layout digital designs from scratch for all digital platforms.</li><li>Design images, icons, banners, and printable materials</li><li>Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic based on the brand</li><li>Amend designs after feedback</li><li>Know the principles printing and color separation</li><li>Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand</li><li>The motivation to maintain and improve design standards.</li><li>Working on designs to produce an effective marketing and advertising campaign.</li><li>Ability to think creatively, produce new ideas, concepts &amp; layout, detail-oriented.</li><li>Up to date with the latest design trends &amp; technologies.</li></ul>Job RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for design. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different designs.<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic design or related field.</li><li>Experience +5 years as a graphic designer with agency background in digital designs.</li><li>Thorough understanding of digital/traditional and Graphic art techniques.</li><li>Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.</li><li>Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.</li><li>A strong eye for visual composition.</li><li>Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Able to give and receive constructive criticism.</li><li>Understanding of marketing, production, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.</li><li>Self-motivation, excellent communication and organization skills, team spirit, proactivity.</li><li>Positive attitude with the ability to receive and provide objective feedback</li><li>Ability to multi-task and to adapt easily to change.</li><li>Strong updated portfolio.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
