Job Title: Procurement Manager &ndash; Printing IndustryLocation: Goregaon EastDepartment: ProcurementAbout the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Manager to manage purchasing operations for our printing business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, vendor management, and procurement of printing-related materials while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely availability.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.</li><li>Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for printing materials such as paper, inks, plates, packaging materials, and consumables.</li><li>Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent quality and timely supply.</li><li>Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative vendors.</li><li>Manage purchase orders, approvals, and ensure timely delivery of goods.</li><li>Collaborate with production, design, and finance teams to forecast material requirements.</li><li>Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance cost and availability.</li><li>Conduct vendor performance reviews and ensure compliance with quality and ethical standards.</li><li>Track and report procurement KPIs including cost savings and supplier performance.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>2 to 5 years of experience in procurement within the printing or packaging industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of printing raw materials, consumables, and production processes.</li><li>Proven negotiation, cost management, and vendor coordination skills.</li><li>Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership abilities.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Strategic Sourcing &amp; Cost Optimization</li><li>Vendor Development &amp; Relationship Management</li><li>Contract Negotiation</li><li>Inventory &amp; Logistics Coordination</li><li>Market Research &amp; Cost Analysis</li><li>Process Improvement</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Life insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
