You will be responsible for identifying market trends, understanding customer requirements and creating strategies that increase brand visibility, traffic, engagement and conversions across digital channels.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop digital marketing strategies to target audience, business goals, and market trends.</li><li>Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI and conversion rates.</li><li>Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and display ads.</li><li>Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps .</li><li>Collaborate with designers, develops to align creative strategy.</li><li>Stay current with digital marketing tools, trends and technologies.</li><li>Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.</li><li>Support lead generation through marketing automation tools</li><li>Recommend and implement CRO techniques.</li></ul>Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Marketing, digital media, Communication or related field.</li><li>5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing or strategy.</li><li>Understanding of SEO, content marketing, PPC , social media and web analytics.</li><li>Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Google analytics, Facebook and instagram ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs etc.</li><li>Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms ( Mailchimp, Hubspot) etc.</li><li>Excellent communication skill, project management and analytical skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills: <ul><li>Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing.</li><li>Knowlege of UI/UX principles and landing page optimization.</li><li>Creative mindset with strong problem solving ability.</li><li>Basic knowlege of HTML/ CSS or CMS platforms like wordpress is a advantage.</li></ul>Salary can be negotiated based on the experience, knowlege and skills.Can whatsapp your previous portfolio to 8951761876.Working Day at site : Monday - SaturdayJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;55,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Digital marketing: 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
