 The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for delivering revenue growth through direct personal sales and effective leadership of a sales team, across premium residential, hospitality, and corporate furnishing projects. The role combines strategic business development, key account management, and end-to-end project sales delivery, while ensuring the sales team operates to the highest commercial and service standards.

 Sales, Business Development &amp; Revenue Delivery
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive sales growth across B2C and B2B channels, including Hotels and hospitality developments, Residential projects (villas, apartments), FF&amp;E and turnkey furnishing projects, serviced and self-catering apartments, Corporate staff accommodation etc
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and close key strategic accounts, from initial enquiry through to delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify new business opportunities through proactive networking, referrals, and market engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial offers in line with client requirements and company margins.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate pricing, scope, and contractual terms to successfully close deals while protecting profitability.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Team Leadership, Coaching &amp; Performance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Set clear KPIs, revenue targets, and activity expectations aligned with overall business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain active involvement in the team&rsquo;s pipeline, providing guidance on deal strategy, pricing, and closing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Accompany Sales Consultants on key client meetings and support negotiations where required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular pipeline reviews, forecasting meetings, and performance check-ins.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure consistent application of sales processes, pricing approvals, and brand standards across the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify training, development, and capability gaps and support ongoing improvement.
 </li>

 Client, Account &amp; Relationship Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients such as developers, hotel operators, airlines, corporate housing providers, interior designers, architects, and private clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the senior escalation point for complex client issues, variations, or commercial discussions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a premium, end-to-end client experience across all projects managed personally and by the team.
 </li>

 Project Sales Oversight &amp; Coordination
 
 
 <ul>

 Oversee sales-led projects from order confirmation through delivery and final handover.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with internal teams (design, logistics, operations and finance) to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and delivered.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor timelines, budgets, specifications, and variations to minimize risk and maximize additional sales opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate handover of all project details from sales to delivery teams.
 </li>

 Market Awareness &amp; Brand Representation

 Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within furnishings, FF&amp;E, and hospitality sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and networking functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the brand is consistently positioned as a premium, trusted partner through professional conduct and presentation.
 </li>

 Reporting, Forecasting &amp; Governance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate personal and team sales pipelines and forecasts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular performance, revenue, and pipeline reports to senior management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, approval processes, and contractual requirements.
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 &nbsp;

 Experience within home furnishing and/or interior design with a proven track record in an equivalent role covering both B2B &amp; B2C sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong commercial acumen with sound understanding of margins, pricing, and project profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to personally close high-value deals while managing and developing a sales team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working closely with interior designers, consultants, and procurement teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Commercially driven and results-focused
 </li>
 <li>
 Confident leader with a hands-on management style
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organised with strong project and time management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Client-centric with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
