This role blends video, photography, and social media management &mdash; perfect for someone who loves creating content and wants to grow their skills while helping a brand scale.OverviewAs the Marketing &amp; Content Creator, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for producing engaging video, photo, and social media content around Indigo&rsquo;s projects, team, and culture. You&rsquo;ll also transform extra product samples into case studies, manage Indigo&rsquo;s social media channels, and support the Indigo founder with personal brand content. Over time, you&rsquo;ll help launch Indigo&rsquo;s YouTube channel and contribute to the company&rsquo;s visibility with large-scale clients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Capture and edit short-form video content (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).</li><li>Take photos and behind-the-scenes content of merch projects.</li><li>Create case studies using extra product samples.</li><li>Manage Indigo&rsquo;s social media accounts &mdash; posting consistently and engaging with the community.</li><li>Support Indigo founder&rsquo;s personal brand content (video, social posts).</li><li>Contribute to Indigo&rsquo;s YouTube channel with long-form video ideas.</li><li>Collaborate with leadership on creative campaign ideas.</li><li>Document workflows into SOPs for future hires.</li></ul>Qualifications / Skills<ul><li>Proven experience with video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).</li><li>Photography and photo editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, or Canva).</li><li>Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).</li><li>Creative eye and strong attention to detail.</li><li>Willingness to learn motion graphics (After Effects, CapCut Pro, Canva animations).</li><li>Self-motivated with strong time management.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Portfolio or reel required.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Hourly: $18&ndash;$20/hr depending on experience.</li><li>Full-time role, in-office at Indigo Promotions HQ (North Bergen, NJ).</li></ul>Growth Opportunities<ul><li>Expand into advanced video/motion design.</li><li>Take ownership of Indigo&rsquo;s social media calendar.</li><li>Potential to develop into a Marketing Manager role as Indigo scales.</li></ul>Indigo CultureIndigo Promotions is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
