We&rsquo;re now looking for someone who can own outbound outreach end-to-end and turn conversations into lasting partnerships.This is not a copy-paste DM role. This is a strategy + execution role for someone who understands people, platforms, and the vintage market.*What You&rsquo;ll Do*You&rsquo;ll be responsible for building and running Crystal Vintage&rsquo;s outbound engine:<ul><li>Design outbound strategy for reaching vintage resellers, stores, and online sellers</li><li>Execute outreach across channels: Instagram, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, Discord, marketplaces, and emerging platforms</li><li>Research &amp; segment leads (by geography, platform, niche, scale, buying behavior)</li><li>Personalize messaging so it doesn&rsquo;t sound like spam &mdash; but like someone from the culture</li><li>Hold conversations, qualify interest, answer questions, and move leads toward orders</li><li>Understand and explain product categories (vintage, rework, branded secondhand, grades, bales vs curated, etc.)</li><li>Track performance: replies, conversions, deal flow, and learn what works</li><li>Continuously iterate messaging, angles, and channels based on results</li></ul>You&rsquo;ll work closely with the founders and have real influence over how Crystal Vintage grows.⸻*Who We&rsquo;re Looking For*This role is for someone who:<ul><li>Has strong written communication &mdash; persuasive, clear, and human</li><li>Understands the vintage / secondhand / resale ecosystem (Depop, Vinted, thrift, curated resale, bales, wholesalers, etc.)</li><li>Knows how outbound actually works (not just theory)</li><li>Is comfortable starting conversations with strangers and building trust</li><li>Can think strategically and execute daily</li><li>Is organized, self-driven, and doesn&rsquo;t need micromanagement</li><li>Learns fast and adapts even faster</li></ul>Bonus points if you:<ul><li>Have done outbound for fashion, resale, or B2B before</li><li>Have run reseller pages, thrift stores, or vintage accounts yourself</li><li>Understand global markets (UK, EU, US, Middle East, Asia, Africa)</li></ul>⸻*What You&rsquo;ll Get*<ul><li>A key role in a fast-growing vintage business</li><li>Direct exposure to global resale markets</li><li>Freedom to experiment, test ideas, and build systems</li><li>Competitive pay with growth potential</li><li>A team that values initiative over titles</li></ul>⸻*This Is NOT For You If*<ul><li>You&rsquo;re looking for a passive or routine role</li><li>You dislike outbound or talking to people</li><li>You don&rsquo;t care about fashion, vintage, or resale culture</li><li>You need rigid instructions instead of ownership</li></ul>Apply at naila.imtiaz33@gmail.comJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
