You should be knowledgeable, analytical, and decisive with excellent leadership and communication skills.Accounts Payable Senior Manager Responsibilities:<ul><li>Hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating accounts payable staff members.</li><li>Overseeing routine department activities to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.</li><li>Maintaining accurate and complete financial, employee, and client records.</li><li>Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information to management and government agencies.</li><li>Setting and facilitating the achievement of department objectives.</li><li>Developing, implementing, improving, and enforcing budgets, policies, and department controls to increase accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Building and maintaining relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and lenders.</li></ul>Requirement for Sr. Manager:<ul><li>B. Accounts Payable Manager

Role Purpose:We are looking for an analytical accounts receivable professional to assist our accounting department as it receives, processes, and collects goods sold or services rendered. In this role, you will be required to review account information, correct discrepancies, and ensure that accounts are properly billed and that payments are collected.To succeed as an accounts receivable professional, you should be a skilled and thorough researcher with excellent communication and record-keeping skills. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with strong math and computer skills.Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee the preparation and distribution of invoices to customers. Ensure invoices are accurate and sent out on time.</li><li>Monitor and process incoming payments, ensuring they are correctly applied to customer accounts.</li><li>Reconcile accounts receivable balances with the general ledger. Investigate and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers. Implement credit policies and manage credit limits.</li><li>Proactively follow up on overdue accounts. Initiate collection efforts through phone calls, emails, and formal letters.</li><li>Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging analysis, and collection performance. Present findings to management.</li><li>Maintain positive relationships with customers. Address and resolve any billing issues or disputes promptly.</li><li>Ensure all accounts receivable activities comply with company policies, accounting standards, and legal requirements.</li><li>Identify opportunities for improving accounts receivable processes and implement best practices.</li></ul>Requirement:<ul><li>B.
