 Job Description
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years of relevant experience in structural modeling and design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Auto-desk Revit (Structural), ACC Docs and other BIM tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of U.S. Structural Design Codes and standards (ACI, AISC, ASCE, IBC).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, and structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD Pro) is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working on U.S.-based projects (commercial or residential).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with LOD specifications and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of steel, concrete, and wood structure modeling.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and manage Structural BIM Models in Revit for a wide range of projects including commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare detailed structural drawings, plans, and construction documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in clash detection and model reviews using tools such as Navisworks or BIM 360.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support engineers in project documentation and technical reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Following redlines and markups with client communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing a team and evolving into the role of QC handling 3-4 clients simultaneously.
