We strive to continue to manufacture the highest quality equipment and work towards ensuring that the equipment is the most efficient to promote a sustainable environment.What you will do:Candidate will perform a wide variety of administrative and support services to the Purchasing Department to include typing correspondence, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, copying, filing, and assembling documentation.Education: <ul><li>High School Diploma or GED.</li><li>One (1) year of responsible office/clerical experience in a business office.</li></ul>Essential Functions: <ul><li>Good practical knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.</li><li>Organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Phone and communication skills, and able to express oneself clearly and persuasively by telephone, e-mail or in person.</li><li>Expediting material deliveries from suppliers with guidance from the applicable buyers.</li><li>Updating quotation history in the existing ERP system with guidance from the applicable buyers.</li><li>Preparing quotations with guidance from the applicable buyers.</li><li>Run and assist in the maintenance of various reports.</li><li>Inventory and order office supplies.</li><li>Process and maintain various documents.</li><li>Verify various invoices.</li><li>Compile detailed transactions by ordering parts and supplies and creating material requisitions.</li><li>Must be able to interact with all levels of management and handle all work confidentially.</li><li>Using computers and computer systems to enter data and process information.</li><li>Execute assignments and tasks requiring data entry/retrieval, information gathering, data base maintenance, forms and graphics.</li><li>Work independently and have a high degree of filing and organizational capability.</li><li>Work in a fast-paced environment, handling a large volume of work quickly and accurately.</li><li>Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work in a timely manner.</li><li>Regular in attendance, able and willing to work a reasonable amount of overtime.</li><li>Will handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.</li></ul>Non-Essential Functions:<ul><li>Organize filing systems (both soft and hard copies) for record keeping and maintaining current libraries and databases as required.</li><li>Familiar with AS400 Software Database.</li></ul>Essential Physical Requirements: <ul><li>Required to sit for extended periods of time; frequently traverse the building and use business equipment daily such as computers, copier, fax, telephone, etc.</li><li>Telephone usage will be approximately 20-30% daily.</li><li>Requires lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling light weights up to 30 pounds.</li><li>Requires bending, squatting, reaching and use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.</li><li>Must have neat business-like appearance.</li><li>Must be able to travel as required and have a valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>Must disclose any surgical implants, or other devices that could be affected by induction fields.</li><li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</li></ul>What we Offer / Why Choose Inductotherm<ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Monthly Incentive Bonus</li><li>Health/Dental/Vision within 30 days</li><li>Profit Sharing Plan</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li></ul>Condition of Employment:Must be able to satisfactorily complete the Inductotherm Corp. hiring process requirements which includes a comprehensive assessment.
