(Only Domestic Travel)MUST HAVE: ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS, STATISTICAL ANALYSIS, PFMEA, SIX SIGMA TOOLS, SUPPLIER QUALITY AUDIT EXPERIENCE, MUST HAVE BACHELOR&rsquo;S DEGREE, APQP, PPAP, AERO OR Auto(Automotive exp with machined parts exp is must like valves- ball, butterfly,catridges/fittings- pneumatic,hose,adapters/quick couplings- general quick couplings- inspection)Essential Commodity Experience / Requirements: Machining/Assembly/Mfg Experience/Aerospace/Automotive/Problem Solving/Sense of urgency/Customer experienceMain Duties:<ul><li>Work with Supplier functions to develop PFMEA, Control plans and statistical plans (Cpk&rsquo;s). Ensures that project and/or process control documentation is compliant with requirements and/or contract.</li><li>Experience advancing Zero Defect culture utilizing advanced Quality tools such as statistical analysis, PFMEA, 8D corrective action.</li><li>Create/Maintain PFMEA, Control plans documentation using enterprise platform to ensure compliance to Parker standards.</li><li>Perform virtual &amp; onsite supplier audits as needed.</li><li>Working experience in developing Supplier APQP/PPAP</li><li>Works with Procurement to qualify NEW suppliers</li><li>Develops Supplier Risk mitigation plans for Parts moves</li><li>Responsible for Quality Assurance of New Product introductions to Suppliers</li><li>Coordinates with Supplier Quality team on all initiatives relating to supplier quality performance.</li></ul>Must Have Requirements:<ul><li>Interpret blueprints, specifications &amp; work instructions.</li><li>Hands-on expertise in measurement methods &amp; tools.</li><li>Data analysis &amp; mining &ndash; Pivot charts.</li><li>Root cause analysis / problem solving.</li><li>Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word &amp; PowerPoint)</li><li>Supplier quality audit experience.</li><li>APQP/PPAP experience</li><li>US Person (under ITAR rules) to be eligible.</li></ul>Preferred Requirements:<ul><li>At least 5 years&rsquo; experience in demonstrated process improvement success; proven accomplishments utilizing Lean tools/methodologies; Structured Problem Solving, 5S, Mistake-Proofing and process capability tools required to drive the continuous improvement culture into the organization.</li><li>4+ years&rsquo; experience as a Quality Engineer in Aerospace.</li><li>BS degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or related job experience.</li><li>Automotive experience a plus</li><li>Best Regards,</li></ul>nagender.baghel@rangtech.comJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: From $50.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
